a beautiful stay near the tower

helpful staff spacious room fluffy towels

the reception staff were always helpful and cute. my room was spacious and quiet, i slept well. the shower had plentiful hot water, and the large fluffy towels were a good bonus.

the breakfast area felt a bit warm.

Breakfast had a continental selectionwith many choices. Everything tasted fresh. the staff who oversaw breakfast, they were lovely, always keeping the area tidy and attending to guest needs.

my room included effective air conditioning and was kept very clean . the bed felt comfortable and was neatly made each day, i loved it! the proximity to the main attractions was magnificent.

convenient stay near the tower

great location included breakfast helpful staff

i appreciated the great location. it was so close to the tower and other attractions. breakfast was included, a nice touch, and it helped start the day well. the staff was very helpful, always ready to assist with directions and information. but the view was amazing!

the air conditioning didn't seem to work efficiently. the room felt warm. the temperature was hard to control, made sleeping a little uncomfortable.

i found the staff helpful when i needed assistance. the breakfast included croissants and salami. the hotel location was close to the tower. there was a garden area i used to relax during the day.

the walls felt thin and i heard noise from other rooms sometimes.

old facilities small shower

the location was really good it was close to the leaning tower i was able to visit it easily.

i was disappointed with the old facilities i saw. the bathroom really needed updating the shower was small and old. the toilet flash took ages to work between uses it was annoying. the price seemed too high for such outdated rooms.
